I recommend doing this simple easy treatment in the evenings before you go to bed. Follow the steps above to washing your face Until Step 6. You will need one to two pieces of the pre-cut refrigerated pieces of the aloe Vera. Gently remove the outer green fibrous part of the leaf. Gently squeeze the left over translucent jelly and begin to liberally apply to your face and neck. There is no need to waste. Apply any leftover to your knees and or elbows. Wait 15-30 before rinsing off the aloe completely. Lightly moisturize and now you are ready for bed.
I hope you enjoy this natural and inexpensive alternative to pampering your face.
In addition to washing your face in the morning and at night, I highly recommend pampering yourself with an Aloe Vera facial one to two times a week. After a couple of treatments, you will truly begin to appreciate the healing power of this miracle plant.
Always remove your makeup before you wash your face.
Step 1- Wet face with warm water.
Step 2- Work up lather with facial soap.
Step 3- Gently massage, in small circular motions, each part of face.
Step 4- Rinse with warm water, making sure all soap has been removed.
Step 5-Finish by rinsing once more with cold water to invigorate face.
Step 6. Gently pat dry face with towel.
Step 7. Moisturize with facial lotion.
Large leaves of aloe Vera can be readily bought at your local market. Cut the wide thick part of the leaf into horizontal ½ to ¼ inch sections. Place the cut sections into an air tight container and refrigerate. One leaf should be more than enough to last several weeks.
*Make sure you eat properly and get enough water.
*Drink six to eight glasses a
day of water.
*Don't wash your face with hot water.
